What Reorder PDF pages actually does
- Rotate individual pages and rebuild the PDF so rotation persists.
- Also reorder, delete, duplicate, or insert blank pages in the same tool.
What it does not do
- Auto-detect which pages need rotation.
- OCR or deskew crooked scans (rotation is 90° steps).
Steps
