What Photos to PDF actually does
- Combine JPEG/PNG (and similar) images into one PDF in the order you set.
- Process in the browser so receipt photos are not uploaded for conversion.
What it does not do
- Read merchant names or auto-categorize expenses.
- OCR amounts into QuickBooks.
Steps
- Gather receipt photos for the period (rename by date if that helps).
- Open Photos to PDF or Convert images to PDF.
- Add images; drag into chronological order.
- Download one PDF for the bookkeeper or expense submission.
