Extract PDF pages — copy page ranges to new files

Extract PDF pages builds a new PDF that contains only the pages you name—using the same 1-based ranges people type in Acrobat and “extract pages” tutorials (1-5, 8, 12-14). You can repeat a page by listing it twice. Works on one or many files with the same range pattern. Everything stays in your browser.

You can use every step—upload, preview, and settings—before you subscribe. Downloads require one suite license for all tools here, typically far less than per-seat Adobe Acrobat or several browser PDF subscriptions combined. Your files stay on your device.

PDFs and page list

No PDFs yet—use the file picker above.

Separate with commas. Ranges are inclusive. The same pattern is applied to each PDF; every file must have enough pages.

Each file can have its own password in the list. Unencrypted PDFs need none. If several locked files share one password, enter it here once.

Who this is for

Legal and accounting teams who only need certain pages from large PDFs.

Example: counsel asks for pages 112-128 from a closing binder. Extracting only those pages avoids sending the full file and removes manual reprint/recombine work.
